Step 1: Your Pre-Consultation Health Audit
Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive digital intake form covering your full health history, current symptoms, medications and supplements, diet, sleep, stress levels, and your goals. It means we hit the ground running from minute one — no time wasted covering the basics.
Step 2: Your Video Consultation
We meet via a secure, encrypted telehealth platform — no complex software downloads required. You'll receive a unique link via email 24 hours before your session. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera. Initial consultations run 60–75 minutes. Returns run 40–50 minutes. The session covers detailed case history, functional medicine interpretation of any existing results, and a clear clinical plan before we finish.
Step 3: Precision Functional Testing & Pathology
Distance is no barrier to data-driven health. We use Australia's leading functional pathology labs to build a precise map of your biology from the comfort of your home.
Comprehensive Microbiome Analysis
Advanced stool testing — using Microba microbiome testing — identifies dysbiosis, pathogens, bacterial overgrowth, and markers of intestinal permeability and inflammation. Test kits are shipped directly to your home; you collect the sample and post it back to the lab.
SIBO Breath Testing
For chronic bloating and digestive complaints, we coordinate Lactulose, Fructose and/or Glucose breath tests delivered to your door. Results are integrated directly into your digital treatment plan.
Hormonal & Metabolic Profiling
From DUTCH testing for complex hormonal pictures to comprehensive nutritional blood panels — iron studies, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, fasting insulin, homocysteine, hsCRP, thyroid antibodies — we use evidence-based markers to understand what's actually driving your symptoms.
How Testing Works Regionally
We partner with national functional pathology providers including NutriPATH and IScreen. Whether you're in a capital city or regional Australia, you either take your referral to your nearest collection centre, or complete your kit at home and post it back. Results are sent securely to the clinic for review, and I walk you through every finding in your follow-up consultation.
Step 4: Your Treatment Plan, Delivered
Within 24 hours of your consultation you'll receive a detailed written treatment summary — your goals, your clinical findings, and your prescriptions all in one document. Herbal tinctures and practitioner-grade supplements are dispensed through our clinical dispensaries and sent via standard and Express Post, Australia-wide.

As of 1 July 2025, Australian legislative changes have re-introduced naturopathy as eligible for private health insurance rebates under the federal government's updated Private Health Insurance rules.
Coverage depends on your specific fund and level of extras cover, as individual health funds are responsible for deciding whether to include naturopathy and at what benefit level.
We provide a full digital receipt with our provider details so you can claim directly through your insurer.
I'm a current NHAA member (#158400) — NHAA membership is the primary credential health funds are using to establish practitioner eligibility.

We use a national network of functional pathology partners including NutriPATH and IScreen. Depending on the testing required, we either email you a referral to take to your nearest local collection centre, or ship a specialised test kit — such as a SIBO breath test or Microba stool analysis — directly to your home. You complete the kit and post it back to the lab.

By using comprehensive digital intake forms and functional pathology, we can gather deep clinical insights regardless of your location.
Telehealth allows us to spend more time on your health history and data analysis, and research consistently shows comparable outcomes to in-person care for chronic condition management.
The one thing Telehealth can't replicate is physical examination — if I ever feel your case requires hands-on assessment, I'll be upfront and refer you where needed.

I can provide a consultation summary for your GP so they're across your naturopathic treatment plan. For pathology ordered through private labs, I can coordinate so results reach both of us. Integrative, collaborative care is always the goal.
