Every appointment at Emba Wellness follows the same principle — we go deep before we go anywhere. That means understanding your full health history, your current symptoms, your pathology, your lifestyle, and your goals before we make a single recommendation.
You'll leave every consultation with a detailed written treatment summary, a clear clinical plan, and any prescriptions you need — sent to you within 24 hours. Nothing vague, nothing generic.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
60 - 75 minutes _$179
For new clients only. This is the deep dive — a thorough exploration of your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and goals. We review any existing pathology results, discuss further testing where relevant, and build your personalised treatment plan from the ground up.
By the following day you'll receive a detailed written treatment summary, your clinical recommendations, and any herbal or nutritional prescriptions.
This is the right appointment if: you're new to Emba Wellness, you've never worked with a naturopath before, or it's been more than 12 months since your last consultation.
EXTENDED RETURN
50 minutes _ $129
For existing clients with new or complex health concerns, or if it's been more than 6 months since your last appointment. We review your progress, go through any test results in detail, address new concerns, and update your treatment plan comprehensively.
You'll receive an updated treatment summary and any new prescriptions at the end of the session.
This is the right appointment if: you have new results to review, your health picture has changed, or significant time has passed since your last consult.
RETURN CONSULTATION
40 minutes_ $99
Your regular check-in. We review your progress, adjust your treatment if needed, and make sure everything is tracking toward your goals. Ideal for ongoing support and fine-tuning your protocol.
This is the right appointment if: you're an existing client within 6 months of your last consult, things are broadly on track, and you need a progress review.

Yes. Pathology ordering and interpretation is a significant part of the work at Emba Wellness. I can order comprehensive functional blood panels — including markers most GPs don't routinely test — through NutriPATH and IScreen. Test kits for SIBO breath testing, DUTCH hormone panels, and Microba microbiome analysis can also be arranged and shipped to your home anywhere in Australia.

Every consultation includes a detailed written treatment summary sent within 24 hours. Depending on your case, your plan may include nutritional guidance, herbal medicine prescriptions, targeted supplementation, functional testing recommendations, and lifestyle support. Herbal tinctures and practitioner-grade supplements are dispensed and sent via Standard and Express Post, Australia-wide.

As of 1 July 2025, naturopathy has been reinstated as eligible for private health insurance rebates in Australia under updated federal government legislation. Whether your specific fund offers coverage depends on your policy and level of extras cover, as individual health funds are at different stages of implementing their rebate frameworks.
I'm a current NHAA member (#158400), which is the primary practitioner credential health funds are using for eligibility. We provide a full digital receipt so you can claim directly through your insurer's app. Check with your fund for your specific entitlements.

Yes — and I actively encourage it. I can provide a consultation summary for your GP or specialist so they're across your naturopathic treatment plan. For pathology ordered through private labs, results can be shared with your GP if useful. Integrative, collaborative care is always the goal.

Everything I do translates seamlessly to an online format. Case history, pathology interpretation, treatment planning, herbal prescribing, and functional testing can all be done remotely. You complete a comprehensive digital intake form before we meet, and we consult via secure video.
